In-form Nigerian striker, Obinna Nsofor, is close to securing a move back to English Premier League side, West Ham.
Nsofor finished his loan with Serie A side, Chievo, in style with a brace against Inter Milan on Sunday.
Nsofor may not exactly be a household name to many Premier League fans, but for West Ham United, the Nigerian remains something of a cult hero.
Back in the 2010-11 season, the 27-year-old striker arrived at Upton Park on loan from Inter Milan with a simple mission: to score goals.
Developing an effective partnership alongside Demba Ba, the forward managed a solid nine goals and countless assists in 23 games for the Irons.
Unfortunately, those efforts were not enough to keep the Hammers in the top-flight and, following relegation to the Championship, Nsofor departed for pastures new, securing a permanent move to Lokomotiv Moscow.
