Former Minister of Aviation and former spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party Presidential Campaign Organization, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has met his bail conditions and left Kuje Prison.
Fani-Kayode was arrested 24 days ago by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission as he stepped out of the courtroom at the Federal High Court in Lagos.
He was arraigned in Abuja by the EFCC over a N26 million alleged fraud by the EFCC last week, getting a bail of N50 million.
According to a statement on Monday by his spokesman, Jude Ndukwe, Fani-Kayode has met the bail conditions and has left Kuje Prisons.
Ndukwe said his principal is in good health and thanked all those who stood by him while he was incarcerated.
