Montgomery West Africa launched a three-day Customer Centric Summit to map out best practices in customer relations for industry stakeholders and business professionals in Nigeria.
Held last week, at the Intercontinental, Lagos, the Managing Director of Montgomery West Africa, Tori Abiola, said the conference was to mark the Seventh Customer Care Week nationwide, adding that it was initiated to explore innovative strategies in designing and managing an evolving customer centered service in Nigeria.
Abiola said the project, which featured international and local expert speakers, including Nicolas Maechler, Principal at McKinsey & Co.; the Ag CEO of Etisalat, Matthew Willsher, amongst others was “to support business leaders and administrative professionals in delivering excellent customer service”.
According to her, a business exists mainly because of customers and clients alike.
“There are needs to be a national platform for senior level decision makers within all sectors in Nigeria, to meet and to share best practices in delivering excellent customer services,” Abiola, explained.
With interactive sessions, debates and extended networking opportunities, she concluded that attendees had the opportunity to “connect with global experts as they shared insights into strategies in developing the right customer experience, retention, competitiveness and future business growth”.
