The match is billed for next weekend in Lusaka, Zambia.
Bayelsa United will jet out on Thursday to Zimbabwe to face How Mine FC at Boubafiels Stadium, Bulawayo.
The referees, Mensur Kherseed, Angeson Ogbamariam, Berhe O’Michael and Luelseghed Gherbremichael, are for from Eritrea.
Warri Wolves, who play at home first, have a tough encounter against Club Athletic Bizertin of Tunisia.
Moroccan referees Noureddine El Jaafari, Mohammed Lahmidi, Abdelaziz Mehraji and Mournir Errahmani are in charge, with Ghanaian, W. K Aggrah, as Match Commissioner.
The match holds this Sunday in Warri.
If the Nigerian teams scale through this round, they will be up against dropouts from the CAF Champions League to determine qualification to the Group stage.
