The Supreme Court has commenced the delivering of judgment in the case involving the Peoples Democratic Party.
The court is to name who the authentic leader of the party is between Senators Ali Modu Sheriff and Ahmed Makarfi.
Justice Bode Rhodes-Vivour is at present reading the lead judgment of the Supreme Court on the PDP leadership tussle.
The Supreme Court panel on the PDP crisis comprises Tanko Muhammad, Bode Rhodes-Vivour, Kayode Ariwoola, Dattijo Muhammad and Walter Onnoghen, who is the Chief Justice of Nigeria.
As at press time, Sheriff was yet to be in court.
