Breaking: Senate adjourns as only eight lawmakers show up

The Senate on Tuesday adjourned plenary session till another legislative day over lack of quorum.

The Eagle Online observed that only eight Senators, including the Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, appeared in the chamber.

Those that were in the chamber before the adjournment were Emmanuel Bwacha, Gbenga Ashafa, Sola Adeyeye, Barnabas Gemade, Philip Adudua, Shabba Lifiagi and Andrew Ochendu.
