The Kaduna State Chapter of Trade Union Congress of Nigeria says it has mobilised its members to join Thursday’s nationwide strike over minimum wage called by organised labour.
The state TUC Chairman, Shehu Mohammed, told the News Agency of Nigeria in Kaduna on Tuesday that the TUC national secretariat had already directed them to get prepare for the action.
Mohammed said: “We will comply by the directive of the national body, so we are on standby.
“We are just waiting for further directive of the TUC national body to comply immediately.”
