Officers of the Special Investigation Bureau of the Lagos State Police Command are investigating a woman who allegedly stole a one-week-old baby girl in the state.
The Eagle Online gathered that the suspect, with the stolen baby and the mother of the child, were brought before the Commissioner, Lagosd State Police Command, Prince Umar Manko, in his office at the state Headquarters, Ikeja, on Tuesday.
The suspect, whose identity is yet to be revealed, allegedly stole the baby while pretending to help the mother of the child carry her.
