We’re making efforts to resolve face-off with PENGASSAN – Addax Petroleum

Addax Petroleum Development (Nigeria) Limited on Wednesday said it was making efforts to resolve its face-off with the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Association of Nigeria.
The company, in a statement on Wednesday, confirmed the public demonstration by the PENGASSAN members.
The protest was led by the Lagos Zone of PENGASSAN.
The demonstration was as a result of industrial relations issues between the management of Addax and the Association.
A statement on Wednesday by the General Manager, External and Government Affairs of the company, Dorothy Atake, said engagements are ongoing at the national, zonal and branch levels of PENGASSAN to reach amicable resolutions in the interest of all parties.
Atake added in the statement: “Management is committed to dialogue and it is expected that PENGASSAN will continue with current engagements so that all issues can be resolved harmoniously.”
