Oluremi, wife of a former Governor of Lagos State and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on Wednesday snubbed the President of the Senate, Senator Bukola Saraki.
This was at the swearing-in of senators-elect who were not at Tuesday’s inauguration by Senator Saraki.
Saraki was exchanging pleasantries with the senators after they were sworn-in, but when it was Oluremi Tinubu’s turn, she ignored the Senate president.
The action of Tinubu’s wife might not be unconnected to what transpired at the inauguration of the 8th Senate when Saraki ignored the position of their party, the APC, to emerge Senate president.
