Time up for FRSC boss?

Time up for the boss of the Federal Road Safety Commission, Osita Chidoka?
This has remained the question on the lips of many Nigerians, especially the staff of the commission.
Chidoka, according to those who have been asking the question, ought to have been shown the way out of the commission.
Their stand, even when they could not provide empirical evidence, is that since assuming office in 2009, Chidoka has not been able to reduce the rate of accidents across the country.
They also accused him of being the errand boy of the Presidency and in the process inflicting hardship on Nigerians though the introduction of the new drivers license and vehicle number plates.
Their contention is that Chidoka is still in office because he has the backing of the Presidency for his role as an errand boy in raising more more for the federal purse.
But the South East born technocrat was once quoted as having said in a private discussion that President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has assured him of the opportunity to serve out his second term.
