Usman Dakingari, the Controller, FOU Zone B, dropped the hint while addressing journalists on the seizures in Kaduna on Wednesday.

The controller of the unit, Alhaji Usman Dakingari, disclosed this to newsmen on Sunday in Katsina.

He said his men, through intelligence gathering, were able to trace a house in Dakata quarters in Kano where they confiscated over 900 bags of foreign rice.

Dakingari said: “Once you import a bullet proof vehicle which is a security vehicle through the ports legally, you are expected to have and end user permit which shows that the vehicle will be used normally.
