The Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, Dr. Bashir Jamoh, disclosed this at the maiden edition of the Nigerian Admiralty Law Colloquium organised in Lagos by the Agency in collaboration with the National Judicial Institute.
