The state government on December 23 announced safety protocols to prevent a fresh outbreak of the virus in the state.

This colloquium became necessary following the preponderance of divergent opinions from professionals on some of the pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical measures being adopted by relevant authorities to curb the spread of the virus.

Boss Mustapha, the Chairman of the PTF, who is also the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, said this at its daily briefing on Monday in Abuja.
