The Rite Foods’ application for committal states that the contemnors, the NBC and its Managing Director, Mathieu Seguin, have disobeyed interim injunctions granted by Hon. Justice A. Aneke of the Federal High Court on February 9, 2021.

The NBC said this in a statement by its Management on Tuesday.

In newspapers publications on March 19, 2021, court forms initiating contempt proceedings against the Managing Director of NBC were published in respect of injunctions granted by the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos State against NBC
