ASP Sunday Abutu, the command’s spokesperson, in a statement on Friday in Ado-Ekiti said the eight abductees had regained their freedom and reunited with their families.

The command disclosed this in a statement signed in Ado-Ekiti by Sunday Abutu, the Police Public Relations Officer, on behalf of the state Commissioner of Police, Tunde Mobayo.
