Thompson told the News Agency of Nigeria on Sunday in Ilorin that Bala had done well and he would be rewarded with a new and improved contract.
According to him, the accrued money represents the value and labour of the players who continue to sustain the pride of the state in the Nigeria Professional Football League.
Thompson made the appeal in a statement issued in Ilorin on Monday by the Media Officer of the club, Abdulwaheed Bibire.
