The Magistrate, O.A. Daodu, granted Muhammed bail after  pleaded not guilty to a two-count charge of illegal possession of hemp and breach of peace.

After being arrested by policemen attached to the Ogudu Police Station and was asked who sent him and who was his boss, he claimed he came from far away Ogun State
