MURIC’s message to the media came via a press statement by its Director and Founder, Prof. Ishaq Akintola, on Saturday.

Some retired workers of the Radio Lagos and Lagos television on Tuesday appealed to Governor Akinwunmi Ambode to adequately fund the organisations to enable them to offset their terminal benefits before May 29.

Mariam Kawojue, wife of late retired Lagos Television broadcaster, Toyin Kawojue, 62, who died on April 6 and was buried the next day, said her husband died from partial stroke.

This was disclosed by the Commissioner for Agriculture, Oluwatoyin Suarau
