The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the suit was instituted by some aggrieved member of All Progressives Congress in Ibarapa East Local Government area of the state.
The judge, Justice Joyce Abdulmaleek, also granted bail to Senator Ayoade Adeseun and Olanrewaju Otiti in the same case in the sum of N100 million.
