The four year-old case was expected to be resolved at the Federal High Court in Jos, Plateau State on Tuesday but it was adjourned to September 25.
Amaju Pinnick on Tuesday failed to stop Chris Giwa from operating in the Glass House as NFF President following the inability of his counsel to raise a motion challenging the Jos Federal High Court’s ex-parte order which installed Giwa in office.
Pinnick, until some days ago President of Nigeria Football Federation, told the News Agency of Nigeria he was not going to speak on the federation’s leadership crisis for now.
Chris Giwa and the Amaju Pinnick-led NFF board have been involved in a leadership tussle, after a Jos High Court issued an order stopping the election which brought Pinnick to office in 2014.
This follows a formal notification given FIFA by the NFF about details and true situation of the latest leadership tussle in the Nigerian soccer governing body.

Pinnick approached the court for the relief after the Supreme Court judgment which ordered him to comply with the lower court’s order that compelled him to vacate the office for Giwa.
The Federal Government on Monday, ordered the current board of the NFF, led by Amaju Pinnick to vacate their office in respect to a ruling by the Supreme Court.
