This was contained in a statement issued by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Segun Ogunsanya, on Friday in Lagos.

Through its mobile telecoms and mobile money services, Airtel Africa plc is transforming lives of over 122 million people across the 14 African markets in which it operates.

Segun Ogunsanya, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Airtel Nigeria, gave the assurance during the listing.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has finally approved the planned secondary listing of Airtel Africa Plc on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Airtel Africa Plc, the second largest telecommunications group in Africa, is set to sell its shares to Nigerian investors at between N363 and N454 per share.
