Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan on Monday regrouped ahead of the commencement of the 2012/2013 Nigeria Premier League season.
Twenty-four players reported at the Lekan Salami Stadium, venue of the team’s first training session in the year 2013.
The players who reported on Monday were Laide Okanlawon, Dele Ajiboye, Abiodun Akande, Samuel Olabisi, Lateef Adigun, Seun Akinyemi, Sylvanus Ebiaku, Yomi Adigun, Tare Oke, Musa Raphael, Sola Adeboye, Akanbi Morenikeji and Charlse Etuwe.
Others were Tony Edjomariegwe, Chima Akas, Okiki afolabi, Ibrahim Babalola, Akindele Toluwalase, Diran Oyelade, Thomas Adesina, Osagona Ighadaro, Azeez Sobowale, Babangida Mohammed, Ismail Gata and Talabi Olumakinde
Those who failed to report on Monday included Gbolahan Salami, David Amanyi, Gabriel Adikwu, Moses Ogaga, Richard Ocheyi, Sanni Mohammed, Philip Asuquo, Taofeek Adepoju and Mutiu Adegoke.
It is recalled that the management of the Ibadan based side offered the players and coaches Christmas and New Year break late last year.
