Top flight ex-Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Florence Ita-Giwa, is said to be plotting an exotic wedding for her daughter, Koko.
Sources said Mama Bakassi, as she is fondly called, has budgeted over N100 million for the Calabar, Cross River State and Lagos State ends of the wedding.
Koko’s traditional wedding holds on September 13.
The white wedding is slated for September 20.
The invitation card, encased in a luxury pack, is already out.
Those privileged to have received it said it contains the aso-ebi for women, while pink tie and pocket square have been recommended for men who opt to go formal.
There is also a cap for men who wish to dress the native way.
Meanwhile, further checks have it that Ita-Giwa over the weekend travelled abroad to ship in luxury gift items and other things needed for the talk-of-the-town wedding.
