Nigeria’s street singer, Habeeb Okikiola, professionally known as Portable has publicly called on crossdresser Bobrisky not to consider suicide but instead to repent from her “sinful ways.”
Portable’s remarks come on the heels of a series of legal and personal troubles facing Bobrisky.
The Eagle Online reports that Bobrisky, whose real name is Idris Okuneye revealed that he is thinking of suicide.
He said this on social media after Moses Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, released a voice note in which he said several things.
Among the comments by Bobrisky, according to the voice note was that he was not in prison when he served his jail term.
He also claimed to have bribed operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission with N15 million to drop money laundering charges against him.

Following this, the EFCC has instituted a probe, while the Nigeria Correctional Service has suspended some of its officers.
Reacting to all the development in a post shared on his Facebook account on Thursday, Bobrisky said: “I have never in my life thought about suicide in my life but now is coming to my head seeing what human being are doing to their fellow human just in the name you want to bring them down by force or because you don’t like them.
“I don’t need no sympathy from anyone.
“People I might have need sympathy from are my late parent.
“But who will fight for you?
“Friends?
“Haters you won.
While she has denied seeking sympathy, Bobrisky has asked for understanding and support as she navigates this difficult period.
Reacting to recent developments via Instagram, Portable offered advice to crossdresser Bobrisky to reconsider her lifestyle and “repent from sinful ways.”
In his message, Portable encouraged the self-proclaimed transgender celebrity to seek forgiveness from God and embrace a path of redemption.
“Bobrisky, life is risky. God does not want sinners to die. Tell him to repent. Damn it to any sinner that does not repent.
“If you die, you are going to hell. Beg God to forgive you. God does not want a sinner to die,” he said.
“Help me tell Bobrisky to ask God for forgiveness. All Bobrisky needs is to ask God for forgiveness of sin.
“What Bobrisky is facing now, if he repents, he will enjoy the world. But if he does not repent,” Portable added.
