Photo as Buhari meets one of his worst critics, Fayose, second time since becoming president

Perhaps for the first time in a long while that many can remember, President Muhammadu Buhari met one of his worst critics, Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State.
They met on Thursday at the Presidential Villa in Abuja during the National Council of States meeting.
The National Council of States is made up of the 36 States Governors, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, past Heads of State, Chief Justice of Nigeria, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives and some key cabinet members.
Fayose had stayed away from meetings held in the Presidential Villa, including that of the National Economic Council.
He is regarded as one of the worst critics of Buhari, taking him up on virtually all issues.
He is also the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Governors’ Forum, the main opposition party to President Buhari’s All Progressives Congress.
