Nigeria moved closer to 12,000 cases as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control confirmed 328 more infections of COVID-19 on Friday.
The NCDC made the confirmation on Friday on its Twitter handle.
In the latest data, Lagos had 121 cases, while the Federal Capital Territory, Bauchi, Rivers, Oyo, Kaduna, Gombe, Edo and Ogun recorded 70, 25, 18, 16, 15, 14, 13 and 13 infections respectively.
Other states with infections were Jigawa, eight; Enugu, six; Kano, five; Osun, two; and Ondo, two.
This brought the total number of COVID-19 cases in the country to 11,844, while 333 deaths had so far been recorded.
Those successfully treated and discharged came to 3,696.
