The hearing of the appeal filed by the leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, suffered a delay at the Court of Appeal on Monday.
The delay was as a result of the fact that Kanu’s case was not slated on the course list.
Owing to this, the justices, led by Justice Abdul Aboki then adjourned Kanu’s appeal.
The new hearing date is May 5, 2016.
