Super Eagles forward, Victor Anichebe, was left out of West Bromwich Albion’s squad in their one-all draw against Arsenal due to injury.
WBA boss, Steve Clarke, has made two changes to the starting XI that won 2-1 at Manchester United last weekend.
Nicolas Anelka returns after missing the last two games due to injury and spearheads the attack against his former club, with Victor Anichebe (groin) ruled out altogether.
Anichebe, it will be recalled, battled on through their last weekend’s 2-1 win at Manchester United.
The stocky striker tweaked a groin at Old Trafford while trying to lay the ball off as he felt a sharp pain but finished the game.
