The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested the son of a former Governor of Kogi State, Prince Abubakar Adudu, Mustapha Audu, and his wife, Zahrah Audu, over a property scam to the tune of N18 million.
Audu and his wife, through their company, Constructors Guild Limited, obtained N18 million from one Nike Kolawole under the guise of helping her secure choice properties in Katampe Extension and Caemly Estate, Idu Sabo, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
They will be arraigned at Federal High Court 12, Maitama, Abuja on Tuesday.
