CAF Confederation Cup: Etoile du Sahel lose to compatriots CS Sfaxien

Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia lost 0-1 to compatriots CS Sfaxien in a Group B Match Day 1 fixture of the 2018/2019 CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the match, played at the Stade Olympique in Sousse, saw Aymen Harzi scoring the only goal of the match in the ninth minute.
The result meant that Rangers International of Enugu who had earlier in the day defeated visiting Salitas FC of Burkina Faso remained top of the group.
The Nigerian side had won 2-0 at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu.
They are closely followed by CS Sfaxien also with three points, albeit with an inferior goal difference.
Etoile du Sahel and Salitas with no points yet occupy the third and fourth positions respectively.
Rangers will next travel to Tunisia to confront CS Sfaxien in a Match Day 2 fixture at the Stade Taïeb Mhiri in Sfax on February 13.
Salitas will take on Etoile du Sahel at the Stade du 4 Août in Ouagadougou in the other Group B fixture.
