Breaking: INEC releases timetable for Melaye’s recall

The Independent National Electoral Commission on Monday released the timetable for the recall of Senator Dino Melaye.
Melaye is representing Kogi West Senatorial District.
The recall process will commence on July 10 with a notice of verification at the INEC office in Lokoja, Kogi State.
According to the INEC timetable, July 31 will be the last day of submission of application for interested observers and August 10 will be the last day for submission of verification agents of member sought to be recalled and petitioners.
In addition, a stakeholders meeting will be held on August 15 and the verification will be held on August 19.
