The National and States Assembly Election Petition Trial Tribunal sitting in Jos, Plateau State has nullified the election of Musa Avia Aggah of the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The Tribunal sitting at High Court 4, Friday held that Agah was not validly nominated by his party, PDP for the By-Election conducted on February 26, 2022.
