Breaking: Court dismisses FG’s $55m debt recovery suit against Agip Oil

Justice Mojisola Olatoregun of a Federal High Court in Lagos on Wednesday dismissed a $55 million debt recovery suit by the Federal Government against Agip Oil over undeclared crude oil shipment.
The court dismissed the suit on grounds of insufficient evidence on Wednesday.
