Breaking: Buhari eminently qualified to contest 2019 election — Tribunal

The Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal has ruled that President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress was eminently qualified to contest the 2019 election.
The judgement was part of the ruling on several issues brought for determination before the Tribunal by the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate for the election, Atiku Abubakar, before the main natter of who won the election.
The Chairman of the Tribunal, Justice Mohammed Garba, added Abubakar and the PDP failed to prove that President Buhari falsified his ‘O’ Level result as claimed.
Garba also said the qualifications obtained by Buhari from the Military are far higher than the secondary school leaving certificate in question.
He said the 1999 Constitution only requires a presidential candidate to be educated to the level of obtaining a school leaving certificate.
