But for the quick intervention of fire fighters, the Lagos State home of a former President of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria, Tee Mac, would have been razed down by fire.
The apartment was said to have caught fire at about 1am on October, 30.
Further checks revealed that the fire was caused by power fluctuation.
Owing to this, one of the air conditioners caught fire.
So strong was the effect that it almost razed down the first floor of the building due to the fact that Tee Mac was in Abuja when the ugly incident occurred.
