American rap star, Ja Rule, and R&B singer, Ashanti, would thrill their Nigerian fans as part of an event to mark this year’s Independence Day celebration.
The show, tagged: Warri Again: The Flagship, is scheduled for October 1 in Warri, Delta State, according to those who should know.
It will be recalled that a duet entitled: “Always On Time,” by both artistes set the music scene of fire years ago.
They may rekindle the energy that song oozed years back.
They will be supported by some Nigerian music stars such as Davido, Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Iyanya, Seyi Shay, Yemi Alade, Dr Sid, Daddy Showkey, Flavour and Oritsefemi.
Warri Again is a show aimed at rebranding Warri and making it a destination for entertainment.
