It is no news that veteran Nollywood actress, Ngozi Nwosu, who entertained many Nigerians with her comic character in the sitcom, ‘Fuji House Commotion’, is presently battling with a kidney related disease.
However, that Nwosu has been abandoned by her colleague will surely surprise many.
According to what The Eagle Online reliably gathered from a close source to the ailing screen goddess, the Imo State-born script interpreter has been abandoned by her colleague in the motion pictures industry in Nigeria.
The source confidently confided in us that Nwosu is now at the mercy of her non-industry friends who have been responsible for her treatment in Badagry, Lagos State and Cotonou, Benin Republic.
The source further revealed to The Eagle Online that Nwosu is now being treated with herbs but stressed that she is not being treated in a spiritual or fetish way as some people erronously believe.
We gathered that her friends in Nollywood claim they don’t have money to help with her proper medical treatment required in an Indian hospital.
As a result, she resorted to getting treatment in Cotonou the herbal way.
