Ahmed commiserates with Fashola

The Governor of Kwara State, Dr. Abdulfatah Ahmed, has commiserated with his Lagos State counterpart, Raji Fashola, on the death of his father, Pa Ibrahim, at the age of 80.
Ahmed, in a condolence message issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Alhaji Abdulwahab Oba, said although Pa Ibrahim did not die young, it was nevertheless a painful loss as Fashola has undoubtedly lost the wise counsel of a father.
The Kwara State governor urged Fashola to take solace in the fact that his father did not die unsung as he had the good and rare fortune of contributing to the quest for the enthronement of an egalitarian society in the country through his journalism practice and proper upbringing of his children.
He prayed God to grant the deceased eternal rest and the family the fortitude to bear the huge loss.
