A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress and former member of the House of Representatives, Jelili Kayode Amusan, has commiserated with the Yoruba race over the death of a leader of Afenifere, Chief Ayo Adebanjo.
The ex-representative of Abeokuta North/Obafemi Owode/Odeda Federal Constituency spoke in a statement by his media office.
In the statement on Friday, the two times governorship aspirant in Ogun State and Sobaloju of Egbaland said with Adebanjo’s death, the race has lost a distinguished leader who worked tirelessly towards the development of Yoruba states and Nigeria at large.

He said: “I join other Nigerians to mourn the demise of the Afenifere leader, Pa Ayo Adebanjo.”
