Stand-in Super Eagles goalkeeper, Chigozie Agbim, on Sunday evening in Abu Dhabi led the home-based Eagles against the star-studded Cote d’ Ivoire side in an international friendly.
Agbim will be provided cover by lanky defender, Azubuike Egwuekwe, Reuben Ogbonna, Akas Chima and Solomon Kwambe.
Nathaniel Joseph, Enyimba’s Sokari Kingsley, Kano Pillars’ Rabiu Ali and Dimgba Stanley are saddled with the midfield duties, while the Nigeria player of the year, Mfon Udoh and Gambo Mohammed hunts for goals against the Yaya Toure led Ivorians.
Daniel Amokachi leads the technical crew in the absence of Stephen Keshi.
