2018 NSF’s Torch of Unity to arrive in Kaduna on Monday

The Torch of Unity of the 19th National Sports Festival will arrive in Kaduna on October 22 to begin a tour of states in the North-West geo-political zone.
The Torch of Unity will then proceed to Kano on October 23, from where it will head to Dutse in Jigawa on October 24.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Katsina and Gusau in Katsina and Zamfara states respectively will both host the torch on October 25.
Olusola Luke, the North-West Zonal Coordinator, Federal Ministry of Youths and Sports Development, who disclosed this on Monday in Kaduna added that the tour will take a three-day break thereafter.
Luke said: “The Torch of Unity will resume its tour on October 28 in Sokoto, while the tour will come to an end in Birnin Kebbi on October 29.”
NAN reports that the 2018 NSF is scheduled for December 6 to December 16 in Abuja.
