Pacific Holdings boss, Chief Deji Adeleke, who is the father of Nigerian popular artiste, David Adeleke, otherwise known as Davido, has advised his celebrity son to jettison music for now and complete his university education.
The Ede, Osun State born high chief was quoted to have said: “I want my son to get a first degree then any other thing may follow.”
Adeleke, it was learnt, has perfected plans to enrol his son at Babcock University, a private university in Ilishan Remo, Ogun State, where he is currently the Provost of Creative Arts Department.
Davido’s late mother, Vera, an academic until her death in 2003, was a senior lecturer at the private university.
