They all pleaded guilty to the charge.
In his judgement, Magistrate O. Ogundare sentenced each of the accuse person to six-hours community service with option of ₦3,000 fine.
Speaking on the development, the KAI Administrator, Deji Badejo, stated that the arrest was to serve as a deterrent to those who were in the habit of flouting the Environmental Sanitation Law.
Badejo explained that in the past, the Brigade usually releases offenders after educating them on the implication of their action, but has now resorted to prosecuting offenders when it observed a growing number of offenders in the past two months.
The Administrator urged Lagosians to obey the Environmental Sanitation Law of the State by participating in the exercise monthly.
