A former lawmaker in the Adamawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Wale Fwa, on Saturday won the All Progressives Congress primaries of Demsa Local Government of Adamawa State.
Fwa scored 144 votes to emerge winner.
Her predecessor, Sule Magomiya, got 61 votes.
Others were Bless Hungushi, Newton Ubeh, Kephas James who got 19, 10 and nine votes respectively.
Amidst joy, the celebrated candidate thanked the mammoth crowds and promised to serve them well without any form of sentiment.
