World’s Richest Black Woman, Chief Folorunsho Alakija, the owner of Famfa Oil and Gas and several other business conglomerates, has received a bouncing baby girl from her first son, Ladi Alakija.
The bundle of joy was delivered on Saturday in the United States of America.
This is first child for Ladi and his wife, Lola, and second grandchild for Alakija.
The couple, it would be recalled in 2012, had an high society wedding that shook Nigeria and London, the venues of the lavish marriage.
The new mother, Lolade Alakija, is the lovely daughter of Olayemi Cardoso, the former and first ever Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget in Lagos State during the era of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the governor of Lagos State.
Cardoso is the Chairman of CitiBank Nigeria Plc.
Ladi Alakija is the heir-apparent of the Alakija family and controls some family businesses in Nigeria and abroad.
