Prof. Osinbajo stated this today at a meeting with diplomats from the G-7 countries comprising the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, France, Japan, and also the Republic of Egypt. Other global agencies like the United Nations, World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), were also in attendance at the meeting held at the Presidential Villa.

President Buhari in a statement signed by his Special Assistant on Media and publicity, Femi Adeshina congratulated the nonagenarian, who was born on June 11, 1930 and became a chartered accountant in the 50’s, working variously in the United Kingdom, before returning to Nigeria to contribute to national development in both private and public sectors, notably serving as pro–chancellor for Obafemi Awolowo University, University of Lagos and Ahmadu Bello University.
