The club initially posted news of the Super Eagles squad on Twitter and one of Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari’s personal assistants thanked Roma.
“The club can confirm that a deal has been agreed with Torino FC for the initial loan transfer of striker Sadiq Umar,” read the Roma statement.
