The defendants are Martins Orisamoluwa, 45, an Estate Agent of 2, Dele Ajayi Close, Egbeda, Lagos State; and Kolawole Fasunuwa, 46, an artist, a resident of 10A, Shina Kuforiti Street, Ota, Ogun State.
