The INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, announced this at a meeting with the Resident Electoral Commissioners, in Abuja on Monday.

INEC National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, Festus Okoye, made this known in a statement issued in Abuja Thursday, said the decision was taken at the commission’s meeting Thursday, so as to give registered voters ample opportunity to collect their PVCs before the forthcoming elections.
